Kids need/deserve traumatic films. Films that show death or lasting consequences that aren't resolved almost instantly. Fear, anger, grief and frustration should be part of kids movies. Kids arent stupid, they feel big emotions just like adults, they deserve to see those experiences reflected back.

I support all indie animation/comics because goddamn making anything is so freaking hard and i think its so cool that people are making things that they want to with nothing more than the dream of making cool stuff. Thats freaking cool. You're freaking cool.
