I will never understand people who think that further isolating ourselves from everyday people who don't get it is going to save us. It's not. Your judgment and disdain will not save us.

Ryan Broderick@ryanhatesthis.bsky.social · 2y agoMaddow plugging Bluesky is, on a metric level, good for the platform, but it also means it is clearly filling up with people who have never used this kind of app before. They're used to Meta platforms, which is why they reply angrily to everything they see and add nothing. Human spam essentially.
Section 504 says all organizations that accept $$ from the gov (schools, hospitals, businesses) MUST accommodate people with disabilities, & protect them from discrimination/poor treatment. Section 504 is a GOOD thing. If you live in the 17 states that are suing to overturn it, CALL YOUR REPS!!
