The anti trans crowd was outraged by this study because it included clinicians who actually practice gender affirming care. Yet another systematic review that follows Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Utah, and Louisiana that finds this care is safe and effective with rare regret.

These measures aren't difficult to avail yourself of, and using them will make your life infinitely better, so I'm going to tell you about some of them. Before I start, one note: these measures only work on browsers, not apps. 18/

Grateful I got a big air filter during the thick of Covid and also replaced the old windows so we can seal ourselves inside the house and ride out the smoke. Got a river day in last weekend too, so it’s not like the whole summer is wasted. Should be fine.
