Anthropic has accused Chinese tech giant Alibaba of a massive, illicit "distillation attack" to steal Claude’s AI capabilities. In a letter to US officials, they accused Alibaba of running 28.8 million fake conversations with Claude to train a competing AI for free. Alibaba declined to comment.

The first question I had as an immigration lawyer when I saw this headline was how Yiannopolous got into removal proceedings. He has no criminal record, so he was likely referred to court after a USCIS denial. A racist text to his ex *strongly* suggests marriage fraud dam.tmz.com/document/c5/...

None of this is true. Arion Kurtaj wasn’t sentenced to life imprisonment; his own legal team argued that he was “unfit to plead,” which means that he was unable to understand the nature of the charges against him or to assist meaningfully in his defense. They requested he be evaluated.

I am so tired of people claimimg that settlements and court rulings that find platforms have duties of care are always an evil plot against a kid in a garage with a dream (and 100s of millions in VC funding, presumably).

NHS cancelling surgeries for adults even after they’ve already paid for travel + accommodation and waited years to get there. Some were about to be wheeled into theatre! Every manager responsible for this decision must be sacked and every patient paid compensation.

I would move away from calling this "politicization" and call it a criminal conspiracy. Hegseth is explicitly denying promotions on the basis of race. That is a constitutional violation and a crime.

Aside from the obvious, what I hate most about this is that he's politicized the military for at least a generation. The next Democratic administration will be *forced* to politicize promotions and firings as part of a fundamental, necessary course correction. We will need to purge MAGA and rebuild.
