New meta-analysis of 59 STEM education studies: much of the reported learning benefit from generative AI may be inflated by publication bias. A useful reality check before treating one positive pilot as proof. More in today's higher ed AI brief. www.linkedin.com/pulse/ahighe...

New Blog post: Which Data Repository Should you Use? In light of OSF closing down, I compare Zenodo, Dataverse, ResearchBox, PsychArchive, and local repositories on six important dimensions. If you want to know which to pick: It depends! daniellakens.blogspot.com/2026/08/whic...

request for meta-science: would be good in general to have an API to access all the researchbox/aspredicted/etc. products. (about searching things - maybe used to be hard, but let's say with OSF and the OSF API, now with straightforward LLM work can scan and find whatever gaps you can think of)

Here is what i think the head-to-head comparison of ResearchBox vs Zenodo look like as OSF replacements. If I am missing an important attribute, let me know, will update accordingly.
