I honestly feel bad for the younger generation and how they are priced out of the hobbies. Expensive PC parts, expensive toys, expensive games and now expensive video game consoles. It's insanity, this isn't normal.

before posting, ask yourself: is this a broader societal issue or did you see an annoying shut-in 19 year old's opinion on social media and get really really mad

there used to be a strong correlation between seeing neat things online, and the person who made it: 1. is very knowledgeable and passionate about it 2. put love and care into it 3. is getting recognition for it but that trust is now gone, the grifters skipped to step 3, the slop ghouls have won
