At NASSPD @nasspd.bsky.social in Toronto — at the opening keynote, Anthony Ruocco showed connections between borderline personality disorder (BPD) and neuropsychological/social cognitive functioning, plus how these functions can change following BPD treatments.

New preprint led by awesome undergrad Abby Bonno! By probing temporal memory for individual items in a sequence, we uncover a 'representational space' of memories that reflects the structure of encoded experiences and provides insight into how different kinds of structure shape memory. osf.io/t5kyx

psych post-bacc jobs are scattered across wikis, twitter/bsky, and random lab sites. hard to find if you're not already in the field. I started a slack to pool them in one place — a low-effort bulletin board, channels by subfield, updated live! 🔗⬇️

Can’t believe it’s been about a month since #SAS2026 already! Here are some of my highlights from this year’s conference. Am grateful to get to share my work & have gotten selected for the Best New Ideas Poster Award! This year was a memorable one and I look forward to the future SAS Conferences!

‼️ Exciting preprint alert ‼️ Yuxuan Zeng and @zitonglu.bsky.social demonstrate that holistic processing, commonly associated with face processing can be induced using configural, nonface stimuli! doi.org/10.1101/2025...

I wrote this article to explain in plain English what is happening with the proposed 2027 NSF budget & why so many social psychologists are alarmed. THE GOOD NEWS: Congress has not finalized this yet. We have time to change Republican politicians’ minds. www.linkedin.com/pulse/saving...

Saving SBE Starts Before the Bill Is Written

The FY2027 NSF budget request is alarming, but Congress has not made it law. That means there is still time for researchers and universities to act.
