Also don't drink so much at once that you feel sick. Water intoxication is real. Just sip throughout the day and swap a soda or two for a glass of water. It truly isn't difficult once you get used to it.
Please don't be stupid. Drink your water. Don't make me pull out the studies about why you need to drink more water than you think you do. Water is for humans; not data centers. If you think you're hydrated enough, you probably aren't.

A sad side note is this area of Nepal was building huge hydropower plants and multiple countries were involved in this massive clean energy project. Those plants are now damaged by the thawing glacier. A glacier that collapsed due to a planet obsessed with fossil fuels.
They found what scientists believe to be the point of the glacier collapse. /

She was talking about going up to a wild sheep with a pair of electric shears, for wool. (The sheep went nuts.) The whole place was silent, I burst out laughing. She looks at me and says “ah, you’ve dealt with sheep, then,” and I nodded.
This is one of my favorite books. The author is very cool, I went to a talk she did in Pittsburgh.
