The honest assessment here has to be that the man was paid to be as much of a cunt as he could about absolutely everything, and he excelled at it because he enjoyed being one. But nobody can say that, because it raises questions about what exactly it is *they* are paid to do.
Not incidentally, sex ed and social media, two of the big things the Think of the Children crowd want to restrict children's access to, are the first place a lot of kids encounter the concept that a person with nominal authority over you doesn't get to touch you without permission
