The claim says Williams didn’t threaten or resist agents on Jan. 7 but was held down, slammed into the ground and choked. During the drive to Whipple Federal Building, Williams says agents laughed about Renee Good’s killing earlier that morning and said, “hopefully we don’t have to kill you, too.”

ICE is now lying in wait outside convenience stores, or at busy intersections. Agents are arresting people at international airports. Local police and sheriffs, deputized by the federal government, are detaining immigrants during traffic stops. ICE is now detaining more immigrants than ever before.

I don't have time to write more, but ICE is working to remove people to third countries in violation of D.V.D. v. DHS. I've been up since 5:20 A.M. working with two other attorneys to prevent our client from being shipped out. If you rep someone at risk of third country removal, check on them NOW

BREAKING: The plane appearing to have been scheduled to fly third-country nationals to 3 African countries today—before an appeals court prohibited it last night—has taken off, landed at Gitmo (Somalis in ICE camp there) and is now in San Juan, a common refueling stop for ICE flights to Africa.

NEW: @apnews.com confirms that ICE has begun electronically "disappearing" people in the agency's custody who have final orders of removal. As of last week, anyone jailed by ICE with a final order of removal will NOT appear in the ICE Online Detainee Locator System, making them effectively vanish.
