RFKJr claims Lyme disease was created by scientists,which is the closest he’s come to admitting that science exists. Meanwhile, Ötzi the Iceman, who died more than 5.3K years ago, had Lyme disease. Apparently prehistoric humans are part of the conspiracy. Get me off this timeline

Gill: All 100 senators last week passed a non-binding resolution condemning any pardon for Ghislaine Maxwell. They're simultaneously considering confirming the guy who met with her and moved her to a low-security facility as the top cop in the United States. That is so insane to me.

I think most people do not understand how unbelievably scary this is. It makes me sick that most of the world’s societies have ignored all of the warnings for the past 5 decades. Climate scientists have been telling us that this accelerated warming was coming, it is here now and just getting worse.

Good Lord. Murray is actually promoting this “deal” with Susan Collins even though her own press release states Republicans rejected Democratic proposal to “protect Congress’ power of the purse and prevent Russ Vought from impounding funding and attempting another “pocket rescission.”” 🤡🤡🤡

“Republicans rejected Democrats’ efforts to, among other things: Extend advanced appropriations provided by Division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) beyond the law’s expiration on October 1—in order to save good jobs and keep rebuilding America’s infrastructure. Vice Chair Murray has been warning about the looming infrastructure cliff for months and has emphasized that as tens of billions of dollars in infrastructure funds expire this fall, it is all the more important that Congress secures a topline funding agreement with significantly more nondefense funding. Protect Congress’ power of the purse and prevent Russ Vought from impounding funding and attempting another “pocket rescission.”

Corporate spending on elections has already topped $500 million this year. That's one third of the $1.58 billion in total that corporations have spent since Citizens United in 2010. Hawaii and Montana both have plans to neutralize this disastrous SCOTUS ruling. Other states must get on board.
