As @cascadiarevolting.bsky.social mentions below, it is a disservice and irresponsible to think that these charges "will go nowhere" or that the state has "nothing." Understand how the state will come for you and prepare.

Do not be casual about this. Take it seriously.
Conspiracy charges have long been a tool of the Feds. What *you* think is ridiculous may actually be completely allowed in a court of law. This is how they will come for all of us.

We don’t know what kind of precedent that may be set by these indictments but prosecutors have always been able to use social media posts as evidence to prove their case. A big account like this guy should be warning his followers about how the Feds will come for you & use what you say against you.
Please don’t be as flippant as this guy when people are targeted by the Feds. It should be taken seriously and a shot across the bow when then they come for us.
I think this is an inappropriate reaction from a big account. The Feds have “nothing” in *your* mind but they seemingly have enough to secure an indictment, raid people’s homes, hold people captive in a cell, & force them to fight criminal charges for a long period. That is not nothing.
