It's a common scam. A group of people buy up all the stock for a commonly-searched item on ebay, ghostwrite a bunch of articles about a speculative boom, then pay their buddies to encase and 'rate' a few rare examples for the articles, then trickle out the stock for 3x the price a few months later.
Why? Why must everything we enjoy be sealed up with a "grade"? I get baseball cards being put in plastic because you can still enjoy both sides of the card. But a Blu-ray?
