I got diagnosed with ADHD about 3.5 years ago (after kiddo was), and holy moly does this resonate! Just knowing that this is what it is makes it so much easier to manage. Game changer.
NPR@npr.org · 3d agoFor decades, ADHD was viewed as a childhood condition that mostly affected boys. Researchers now know ADHD manifests differently in girls, but many still go undiagnosed until adulthood.
