The world's richest man keeps promoting exterminationist rhetoric on his social media site. This kind of talk has led to deadly mass shootings in recent years and there's no reason to assume it won't again. As with DOGE, Musk has to be held accountable here for the destruction he keeps causing.

Trump’s “Golden Dome” project has the potential to be a $1+ trillion waste of taxpayer money. Ground-based missile defense is hard. Missile defense from space is even harder, and the physics do not favor the defense. We should be investing in systems that actually work.

Yes, Congress should be able to do these things. A court this contemptuous of Congress deserves to be packed by Congress, not only to correct these disastrous precedents but also because Congress needs to show both Article II and Article III who’s boss.
