🪶big, brown, ready to fuck around🪶 Anishinaabe, professional herder of cats.

I’m so tired. Taking the night to flop and recoup, but keep your eyes peeled for a dedicated account to share out calls for care related to the MN Chippewa Tribe folks.

I will be at the MAIC powwow no later than 3 if folks want to come and help make care plans. I’m tall with blue hair, in a camo print and orange ribbon skirt

This is a horrible, tragic loss in the heart of one of our city’s historic cultural districts. Reports that MFD was unable to access water from fire hydrants in the area are disturbing, as is the initial rush to assign blame to unhoused people. Our relatives will need support. Please be ready.

BREAKING: Two buildings are on fire in Minneapolis. Extreme heat and collapsing roofs prompted firefighters to evacuate, and two firefighters have been injured. Details: https://bringmethenews.com/minnesota-news/roofs-collapse-as-large-fire-roars-in-minneapolis-2-firefighters-injured

gonna need everyone to pivot away from the dopamine-chasing cycle of shitting on our local villain & start channeling that energy into care of SOVEREIGN NATIONS that are currently most impacted. I don’t care to spend energy on assessing who is the most wrong, I NEED to have my people taken care of.

Hopefully there will be consequences for those responsible this time! I know that can be wishful thinking with the Frey admin.

Getting word that MFD couldn’t get water out of fire hydrants in the back of bldg, and had to circulate out trucks with water tanks. This is HEINOUS neglect and city mismanagement. A fire roared thru and spread bc of LACK OF WATER.

The building connected to MN Chippewa Tribe office went up in flames, collapsed ceiling. Reports of fire jumping to MCT bldg. HIGHLY toxic fumes. Mask up, check on your people. Dakota archives are in the bldg. Damage is huge but unknown.

My nervous system is shot, but there’s no other option for me than going to make sure I can get folks to urgent care who need to go and need an advocate there (I’m scary good at medical systems help). My Venmo is AriEver (pfp is power rangers blue background), $ will go to direct OTG care

This poll confirms what community has been telling me for months. That people don’t want this and that data centers are extremely unpopular. Only 27% of Minnesotans support new data center construction in their area. 60% oppose, including 38% “strongly” opposing. 1/ kstp.com/kstp-news/to...
