Did you rent from any of these landlords between 2018-2025? In 2024, I led the City Council to ban rent price-fixing algorithms like RealPage that landlords use to illegally collude and drive up rents across the country. The DOJ and AG Ellison won a $360 million settlement on behalf of renters.

celebrating albi kitchen’s 1 year anniversary yesterday! they’ve faced a lot of external challenges after the nick shirley video but just expanded with this new event space. we are lucky to have them investing in loring park and being part of the community. was great to see omar fateh there too!

The title and description makes this episode sound boring, even for a nerd like me, but it's not! Highly recommend a listen to hear Eric and Jason counter John's eternal pessimism with truly hopeful and energizing arguments for the current political engagement in our city.
