Big props to Brad Lander on winning his primary. Dude has done the moral thing many times and put his body on the line against ICE. He even came to Minnesota during the ICE Occupation to see the injustice firsthand. It’s nice to see moral courage rewarded by voters.

Google Search has fully replaced its built-in dictionary/thesaurus feature with AI, using sources like Reddit. Reddit is great, but Google used to pull definitions from Oxford! This was one of Google's most useful features for me as a writer/editor, and now it's useless & untrustworthy.

Not to think piece about this, but I think this says a lot on how some creatives are able to do work because their partner/family is able to support their lifestyle. This says a lot of how little our society values some creative work, not a jab at Rama Duwaji.

The return shows they made $144,784 in joint gross income. Duwaji, a visual artist, only pulled in $10,010 of that, the return shows.
