It’s one thing for clearly shitheaded cops to go rogue and violate a bunch of laws. It’s entirely another for attorneys admitted to federal court and acting as officers of the court under oath to initiate and defend prosecutions based on their work.

While biking in south Minneapolis today I kept thinking about the 30 million in overtime the cops have racked up and their overall share of the budget. Lot of trail repair, school programming, pedestrian safety, traffic calming, etc projects that can't get funded. And it happens annually.
Imagine Stephen King, circa 1997, putting out daily press releases promoting his anti-gay org while publishing horror books as Richard Bachman. Imagine George Lucas, circa 2007, announcing a billion dollar fund for anti-Muslim lawsuits, then launching 'The Clone Wars.' This is J.K. Rowling today.
