BILD has published a photo of the explosive-laden drone found beside a Ukrainian An-124 at Leipzig Airport. Explosive-laden drones operating at the heart of NATO are no longer a hypothetical threat but a reality.
❗️A drone fitted with an explosive detonator was discovered beside a Ukrainian Antonov An-124 cargo aircraft at Leipzig Airport, BILD reports. Airport operations were temporarily suspended, and German police are investigating possible sabotage.
I guess maybe to make it less of a shock for the Sensible Moderates, we should start being more direct and honest about people before they die. Cunt.
Brilliant letter from Stuart Thompson to Jeremy Clarkson about his comments that benefit claimants should write weekly thank you letters to tax payers detailing how they spend their benefits each week.
North and South Bridges a congested hell hole with rammed pavements right now. A surprise to absolutely no one apart from @edinburghcouncil.bsky.social it seems. @edinreporter.bsky.social
Rod liddle had a police caution for domestic violence against his then pregnant girlfriend. He once wrote in one of his columns that he could never be a teacher because his urge to rape children was too strong. He is now dead. Obviously no kipper for him.
A car I reported for pavement parking has now got two tickets! Seems the system does work on occasion.
Why has north bridge been fully reopened to traffic with no changes to the road layout when this is in your City Mobility Plan? @stephenjenkinson.bsky.social @edinburghcouncil.bsky.social
Simply love the reopened North Bridge, where Edinburgh Council took advantage of eight years of works to put active travel and pedestrians first
The fact they put the dead space hatching and the pedestrian refuges back exactly as they were rather than widening the pavements and squeezing the lanes together at the bare minimum is absurd.
What do people think about the North Bridge reopening? Work to repair the 19th century North Bridge took much longer, and was more expensive, than anticipated....
In a David Attenborough voice. "Here we have a prime example of the Americanus car brained ignoramus. Defined by the car selfie, cognitive dissonance at entrenched car dependancy and ignorance of anything outside America."

When urbanists take pictures of a Paris street (like Rue de Rivoli) showing all the people on bikes now taking advantage of protected infrastructure, it’s not just because we “like bikes.” It’s because we’re picturing the gridlock if they were driving cars. And the public cost, pollution, noise…

In an unspecified time – a future now – the youth are gathered to decide whether particular members of their parents’ generation are climate crisis criminals.

And the BBC advice isn't to stay away but to go so your travel insurance covers you. FFS, head in the sand carry on consuming. It's Fine!
Its hard not to see this as churlish and indefensible, some 11 days after the fire started. You have to wonder why UK military help wasn’t available immediately to protect the UK’s biggest national park, globally important wildlife, and, Y’know UK taxpayers homes & businesses?

Apparently cliffs collapsed at an old marble quarry in Makrana, India due to recent heavy rainfall. Can't find a credible source though. It's bigger than you might have expected. #Geology ⚒️

Video: Footage of a high speed close pass (in a 30mph zone) that I suffered. The driver was recently found 'not guilty' at trial, a trial that I was not informed off. This is the current standard of road justice in Scotland. www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmVT...
