#FantasyIndiesAugust 4: Favourite piece of folklore or fairytale Growing up, my favorite fairytale was Sleeping Beauty (yes, the Disney version). I watched that movie on repeat. Nowadays, I still love it, but I think Beauty & the Beast is easily my 2nd favorite. #WritingCommunity

5) Important days This is an aspect of my setting I should expand. Zadans widely look forward to the spring as the end of winter and time of renewal and birth, but they don't have festivals or holidays. Yet. The dragons celebrate their hatching days. Probably other days! #FantasyIndiesAugust

Fantasy Indies August 5) Important days in WIP

#FantasyIndiesAugust 5 Important Days in Rites of Departure The book takes place over about a two week timespan, and there aren't any holidays or festivals. But there are livestreams (courtesy of Xavian), and some of them really take off! Unfortunately, no one can see Zel...😅👻

#FantasyIndiesAugust 1 Intro Hi, I'm AJ. I write mostly fantasy and some sci-fi, with a focus on sibling stories and non-human characters in many of my books. My current WIP is Wrath of the Dragon-kind, but I'll be talking more about Rites of Departure (my next book release.)
