Saw someone do this with plains and swamp on reddit; had to give it a go. Taputeranga Island, Island Bay, NZ.

Strange old lady. Level designer working on Iron Man 🥳. All views are my own unless I’ve been coerced into saying it but I’ll use a clear sign like “also I like celery” if that happens. she/her 🏳️⚧️
So many dudes are constantly asking how they can better stand up for women and the LGBTQ community and the answer was simply "be like Patrick Stewart." This is such a devastating loss.
“But I stand with my trans family in every way, and they knew what I was thinking when I wore that T-shirt. And that's all that matters.” It kinda matters what you do after as well. She justifies the BBC removal as tied to a brand but the message isn’t owned by a brand
Strictly’s Bethany Antonia defends BBC after ‘Protect The Dolls’ top censored
“The BBC had to do what they had to do when they edited it out, to keep it fair for everybody,” Antonia said. Well not everybody There's one group we can throw under the bus when you're being visibly censored, apparently

I don't really have words to describe the studio that showed me how much games were a great narrative medium. A studio that, later, I was lucky to work in for a decade and how folks would tell me their own stories of how BioWare shaped them as a person as much as it shaped me
For so much of my career as a game writer, Bioware stood as the pinnacle of our craft. It's been a long, slow decline, and I knew their last project was troubled, but this still feels like the end of a golden era
"An NHS England impact assessment, [...] stated that trans people may also potentially experience discrimination and this could lead to them “avoiding accessing healthcare at all”" "NHS England declined to comment" "Yes our impact assessment says this is bad but we aren't going to talk about it"?
So many people buried their heads in the sand this week saying that NHS segregation of trans people was "for their safety". But even internal NHS assessments say it will cause direct harm. Sex is not binary and trans people need respectful care based on actual physiology, not anti-trans slogans.
Obviously with the TV series coming up her PR people want to make her relevant again in another context than "That rich lady who persecutes that minority." And, obviously, the BBC are delighted to be complicit with that.
The irony that the BBC blurred out the Protect the Dolls slogan on a Strictly contestant’s tshirt for their social accounts as “political” but will happily dedicate a two-part doc to the woman who uses her billions to fund lawsuits to persecute transgender people www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/...
"By using AI, tasks like essays that used to take hours can be completed in minutes!" Sure, like how if I arrive at the gym and immediately go for a shower, my workout is done in record time. And if I throw my sandwiches straight in the bin, I can finish my lunch in under 10 seconds.
I don’t use proxies, if they make a Harry Potter secret lair or set I’ll never spend a penny on magic again The author is directly funding trans eradication and a huge magic player base is trans. Sorry if the dollar signs look good Wizards, they won’t in the long run
@magic.wizards.com I hear there's an email survey testing the waters on Harry Potter. I didn't get one, but here's a free data point. I dropped $3K+ on Reality Fracture. If HP becomes a release/Secret Lair, I'll contribute $0 in sales. I won't play with those using those cards. 👇
Final Fantasy Resonance opens with you playing this cool as fuck lady and then somehow makes the tactical mistake of switching you to playing the generic dude, Rain 🌧️😭 Still loving it so far
Great prerelease last night and a goldilocks of games. Got entirely stomped in the first game, did a lot of stomping in the second game and the third game was 3 intense down to the wire games with a guy that was the best magic I've played in a while 😁
NEW ESSAY on last week's deluge of Dems embracing anti-trans positions. let's stop fixating on trans ppl & instead recognize that Dems have a cisgender problem. pls share! Medium (friend link): juliaserano.medium.com/on-democrats... & Substack (no paywall): juliaserano.substack.com/p/on-democra...
On Democrats Who Cave in Response to Anti-Trans Attack Ads
and more importantly: a response to all the cis people responding to the way that trans people are responding to said Democrats’ responses
juliaserano.medium.com
It demonstrates a real lack of empathy. So many liberals act like like trans rights and cis comfort are in a zero sum competition with each other, AND that we’re selfish for choosing our own survival. “Take one for the team” sounds like a great strategy when you’re telling someone else to do it.
Cis people! Now would be a great time to explain that trans folks are overreacting when we use the word genocide. I'm sure that would be very reassuring.
Someday soon hes going to be over and trans folk will continue to exist and, hopefully, thrive, for as long as there are humans on this planet.
Genuinely disgusting from the BBC. This kind of "balanced reporting" wouldn't be amiss in a rag like the Telegraph. Instead of focussing on the blatant injustice of halting all medical procedures because they don't fit some guy's ideology, they use the biological slur and talk about breastfeeding.
I can’t put into words the fury this reporting fills me with. How more indignity must trans people be spoken be subjected to by our national broadcaster?
The fact that this is happening because the service actually refers patients onto surgery really shows how gender care in this country is set up to help as few trans people as possible as slowly as possible
🚨🆕 @wearequeeraf.com and @whatthetrans.com can reveal that the NHS has cancelled all gender-affirming surgeries for adult patients of the Welsh Gender Service Some trans patients received the news just days or even hours before they were due to take place 👇 www.wearequeeraf.com/nhs-cancels-...
They were treated as stupid and wrong because they are stupid and wrong. It's not "Orwellian" to do that - "Orwellian" would be more like, oh, idk, a public body responsible for the promotion of social equality being captured by the ideology of social elimination of a particular marginalised group.
I didn't think this was real when I first saw it. As you can see, Oliver Brown is an anti-trans sports writer.
The fact that the banner image of Magic the Gathering Arena is secrets of strixhaven and the box image is Marvel on Steam when hobbit was released a couple of weeks ago speaks to my fatigue on the frequency of releases too 😫
Wasn't really ready to cry at a comic strip today but here we are
This is probably the hardest I've seen Petra Parker go so far
They do this in the media as well, a trans person is called an "activist", by dint of existing and saying "please don't treat me cruelly," whereas "gender critical" people, who are in every sense of the word extremists, get gentler words, like "feminist" or "women's rights campaigner" etc.
I've just messaged a singing teacher about taking lessons with them and really excited that I have the glimmer of enough confidence to do this 😅
I tried on my friend's glasses, and it just made my eyesight *worse*.
Man without ADHD tries uppers for the first time: I mean honestly we're scraping the barrel on this now surely. I'm not diabetic. If I took insulin the affects would be far worse.
Do you think the folks at @moxfield.com and other deck builder sites look at the new Rulebreaker cards and are like: Seriously, a "special" commander deck with no deck limit or, in this case, land restrictions, thanks Wizards 😑?
Standing by my statement that this is the best Rulebreaker.
If you hide your gender identity to fit in, never feel like you've betrayed yourself🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 It's proof that you have a beautiful and kind heart. Chiitan will continue to send out messages until the world becomes a place where you can live with confidence and be yourself.
a microcosm of everything. a mob surrounds a trans woman, accuses her of "attempting to enter a women's bathroom", beats up her and her nonbinary partner, then the state swoops in and dumps the trans woman in a men's prison illegally (a rape threat), and both are now at risk of longer jail time
This woman was beaten by a mob for *standing outside of a woman's bathroom* in Louisiana, not even going in, and they've literally just fabricated several charges against her and her partner anyway to justify abusing them further. www.lgbtqnation.com/2026/08/a-mo... On the up side...
The government’s transphobic code of practice is now up and running. But we’re not going to stand still and take it, we're supporting a legal challenge led by a trans person and a trans inclusive organisation. But we can only do this together. Will you join us?👇 goodlaw.social/ldco
