The article says that ICE "didn't grasp" the woman's danger but I think we all know better. They either didn't care or wanted it to happen.

In this case, Michel had a mental health crisis. In Buffalo, someone called the cops because they found a blind man navigating with a curtain rod "menacing."
Yeah it does suck but you get to catch up on stuff later...most movies end up on streaming. Please don't take your baby to big loud movies. Or drag your toddler out late. Crying kids are overwhelmed kids.

We could not afford routine baby sitting because a rate for watching four small kids started at $40/hour and could be more. There’s a base rate and then an upcharge per extra kid. A four hour minimum outing for something like the Odyssey is cost prohibitive.

100 years is more of a "great grandparents" question and the answer is "farming and occasionally nearly starving" depending on which side of the family you mean.

I am extremely sympathetic to the idea that our world is not designed for people with ADHD and we could make the world more accessible. But I have done everything I can to set up my world to be as great as possible for my brain, and sometimes it really just is a pain in the ass.

In the last 10 years I just stopped reading or caring about or watching media that focused solely on men with women absent or unimportant. No matter how high-quality. Because at this point, I have Been There Done That, life is short, and I am going to use my remaining time on other stories.
I like that we're all workshopping speeches and poems to recite on airplanes. But also I feel like a group of theatre kids could really kill here. Soliloquies, show tunes, the field is wide open. It's not like they need much encouragement.
For a lot of us it was also giving up on convincing family we loved. Which I did, eventually.
