While disgusting, this should shock no one. The US federal government has been funding this kind of propaganda for decades (especially in the form of military-themed, FPS games)... It's basically boot-camp with training wheels at this point.

I think the most frustrating part of the pro-AI argument is the sentiment of โ€œwell itโ€™s here to stay, so you have to learn it or get left behindโ€. Outside of video players which were determined by porn, most prevailing tech wins out by the consumer demand. AI is trying to work the other way around.
