This is the problem with the idea that Dems can't go on offense on immigration. It's not okay for Collins to have a clear field on TV to sell herself as a moderate on ICE. CNN has Trump 22 points underwater on this. Two other polls have Ds *tied with the GOP* on it! newrepublic.com/article/2138...

Finally listening to this series, and it's so well done I never want it to end

This is a toy my kid picked out for my 1 year old nephew, and it looks like a great toy for a 1 year old but I'm very amused by the question "will you push it once, or will you push it 100 times?" because it implies that there is no possible middle ground. Don't even think of pushing it 46 times!

This is my new favorite channel to watch. Seeing him defeat the bread slicing machine left me positively elated.

I put new strings on my Tele a couple days ago, and instead of tuning to D standard, I stopped at C standard - only a semitone up from baritone B standard. It's loose but hardly unplayable with 11-49 gauge strings, I might keep it there for a while and see how I like it. It sounds fantastic!

Sam Neill was great in a lot of things, but one role I haven't seen mentioned in most of the tributes pouring in today is his grumpy, reluctant foster parent in Hunt for the Wilderpeople. It's a delightful movie and if you haven't seen it, you should.
