for the first time in two and a half years, a new note was played in this organ performance today!

I am silly and got a PhD in music theory. I like pop music (EDM esp.), Renaissance (my diss. is on Victoria), late 19th/early 20th century American music, and the intersection of music and the internet. Mostly on here for sports (BOS/CIN/UConn).
So I filled up my water bottle for the day and now I can't find it. I've been looking for over 30 minutes!
i feel like EDMers are getting hit for stuff that like, should be directed at Burning Man attendees
People are (correctly) dunking on this, but,
people are pointing out that this is obviously antisemitic, and it is, but one notes that this is sort of the natural endpoint of building your entire political identity around cultural criticism.
Every sports fan deserves one time in their lives to feel what it has felt like to be a Red Sox over the last 6 weeks. Then again, most of my followers are either Red Sox or UConn fans so you know what it's like.
My patience has finally paid off...Dead Cells is part of the Humble Monthly 😆

the obsession with trans women in sports is, apart from the abject bigotry, a symptom of how we take amateur sports participation way too seriously in this country.
Are we sure this is the same #RedSox team that started this season?
Finally, all my “Tigers are the real villains” folks are awake and posting
Literally just uninstalled Reddit over the Skubal trade. Those folks are brain-poisoned...
Yeah not loving what baseball fans are saying on Reddit right now. They are buying into owner propaganda pretty clearly and it fuckin sucks.
I am begging you not to believe gazillionaire baseball owners when they tell you Skubal going to the Dodgers means we need a salary cap. Competitive balance is not the reason they want a salary cap. They just want to spend less, and with more predictability, on total payroll. That is all.
If somebody came to one of my writing classes with a novel about a “24-year-old wunderkind” on Wall Street called Leopold Aschenbrenner who graduated from Columbia aged 19, looked and dressed exactly like this, and crashed the stock market, I’d advise them to tone it down a bit
