Cool thing about owning both Scurry! and Apawthecaria is that, since they share the same setting, I can source and move ideas around from twice as much material. Idea prompted by the outline of a birthday-themed Scurry I just wrote, where the central NPC was a once-famous Poultice Pounder.

Zephyr has some mechanics of "physical-harm-is-exercised-on-character-sheet", namely either puncturing or slicing through your character sheet, which in turn forces your character to make do from there on out without the affected elements (e.g. traits, feelings, abilities, etc.).

TTRPG where damage is represented by physically setting the target's character sheet on fire. Damage types dictate where the fire starts (e.g., top-right corner) and the amount is how many seconds the player must wait before stamping it out. Burnt traits are disabled until they fill out a new sheet.
