One thing i think we need to be clear on is that the “nine years” is almost entirely getting Drs to take us seriously. These tests need to be cheap and easily available enough that Drs are incentivised to use them very widely, or else the actual issue will continue.

Some are going with ゴミ箱伯爵 (Gomibako Hakushaku - Count Trashcan) whilst others are using the katakana that you have for foreign loan-words and opting for ビンフェイス伯爵 (Binfeisu Hakushaku).
Turns out every single left wing shitposter was 100% right about Starmer whilst every centrist commentator and poll prof was wrong. Funny how this keeps happening.
