Its been 3 years since my last confirmed COVID infection, and 1 1/2 years since my COVID-induced heart attack (LAD MI). COVID re-infection must never be an option. Upper-room UVC air filtration is the best known solution for sanitizing the air in public, indoor spaces. This tech belongs EVERYWHERE.

Large study (av age 45) shows people with #LongCovid are 4.48x more likely to have a Major Adverse Cardiovascular Event (stroke, pulmonary embolism, heart failure) & 53% more likely to die. True regardless of age, BMI, vaccination, variant. Risks last 3+ years from infection. 1/

this is the person to follow and the thread to read to understand all the evidence about Covid vaccines in pregnancy - to sum up - highly protective of mother and baby from covid, no increased risks of miscarriage or stillbirth or premature birth, and covid in pregnancy is bad for mother and baby!

On the left, in unvaccinated individuals COVID infection increases the risk of preterm birth, pre-eclampsia, stillbirth and neonatal death. On the right: 3 trials including 221 participants who received mRNA vaccine and 54 observational studies including at least 568,284 people vaccinated in pregnancy found no increased risk of stillbirth, miscarriage, preterm birth, SGA, congenital abnormalities, NICU admission or health or neurodevelopmental problems in babies up to eighteen months old, following COVID vaccination.
