i do think itโs funny that your games stand to have a longer life span if you make them in โdeadโ technologies, rather than using modern tools. like DOS games, Flash, gameboy, snesโฆ all have emulation and continue on indefinitely. the lates UE games likely wonโt.

Iโve long believed it to be the case that there isnโt any kind of redeeming Metaโs products (or Meta as a company lol) to be actually safe for the users, and that at some point continuing to chose to use them is an truly obscene degree of willful self-harm.

10:28 PM Bad news on the MX Keys Mini pickup. Usman showed up at your building around 9:15 and waited, messaged a bunch of times, and nobody came down. He left angry at 9:38 and left a negative rating.
Worse, my auto-reply told him "Yep I'm here!" at 9:27 when you clearly weren't available, which is on me. That's a bad look and it made the no-show worse.
I've sent him an apology from your account owning it and offering to try again another day. But the negative rating is real, and I should probably stop the auto-replies from claiming you're home when I can't verify that. Want me to change the pickup replies so they don't promise you're there?

imo part of "make small games" is really "let yourself make imperfect games" when you stop worrying about being perfect you can let yourself try goofy-ass things and see if they work!! and if they don't it's fine. it's not gonna be your last game, right?
