was going to let my SFWA membership lapse except now i have to make sure to talk about the upcoming board elections because i just know that some AI-shills are going to try to run for the open positions and soften the org’s stance on generative AI in SFF
I think this post should stop at, “tear it down.” There is no way to build an immigration enforcement agency that isn’t what ICE is. Just let go of that notion now, and we can stop thinking in circles and think about a better future.

He sees where the public is on ICE. Tear it down. Build another non-police-state-freak-show immigration enforcement agency.

A pro-affordability, anti-Trump-corruption message unites the party. Every candidate can run on that, and every candidate can have their own take to fit that to their constituents. There's really no need to find fights to pick when the party agrees on more than it disagrees
