Just to add, LUCE is always looking for people to help in multiple roles! If you're multi-lingual, you might be a perfect hotline operator. If you're a white citizen, you might be a great verifier. There are roles for canvassing, training, etc. Get involved!

convinced that much of the cruelty in this world has its roots in parents that do things like this, and their children that then need to psychologically justify that this behavior is what "love" is like. a sequence of inescapable punishments to "help you grow up"
