Honestly, I'd say the most disastrous decisions of Obama and Biden were not really holding anyone accountable for crimes committed under the previous administration. Obama wanted to "turn the page" on Iraq and the financial meltdown while Biden never put any urgency behind the January 6th cases

At the local casino, before paying Poker Tournament payouts, they did checks and if there were payments for child support due, they didn't pay out and sent it to the child's account. It really cut down on the riff-raff playing poker in no time at all.
