Whoever ends up winning the Democratic nomination for Senate in Michigan, I hope with little expectation that those who took seriously polls showing a rout for El-Sayed will think twice about relying on questionable and/or partisan polls.

one thing that i found both enchanting and upsetting was becoming old enough (i.e. reaching the age of approximately 18) to learn that pre-scriptural religion does not tend to be codified and as such contains a lot of crap like this where a particular belief exists only in a particular area/time

Michigan primary is closer than people expected but I’m not surprised. Clyburn doesn’t put his weight behind people who are going to get blown out. He uses his juice to get his preferred candidate over the line in high stakes situations. Doesn’t mean she wins but it means it wasn’t dire.

Very plausible, but it would be just as illegal and appalling if they WERE involved in drug trafficking.
