Au vu de la pyramide des ages, forcer une collaboration avec chercheurs(ses) <10 ans post thèse va de facto exclure 80% des candidats.

I agree on issues around licences btw - hence authors can select more restrictive ones - but even then that would not preclude ranking by a third party- in the same way one can’t stop a journalist writing about a paper

Was this cleared by authors?If editors or reviewers can see those scores isn’t this unfair to all of us that want to share our science @biorxivpreprint.bsky.social?
