Bluesky needs a fixed tag for "this is explicitly not for the USA", probably blinking in red.

The same people that moan about school closures during Covid were also the ones moaning about how an increased number of young people are on sickness and incapacity benefits. And they won’t see any connection in those two things, because journalists apparently don’t do that sort of thing now.

I know one person. Rose knows at least one person. Another friend knows one person. That's already way too many people. My friend was pre mobile phone so her experience is different to Rose's friends but the core is the same. If you didn't know before now that's ok. Not everyone hears stuff.

Fuck it. I am sick to the back teeth of people today saying they never heard Glen Hansard was a groomer so therefore those of us who did hear it shouldn't talk about it. He groomed teenage girls. It’s ok to feel torn when someone dies whose art meant a lot to you but who was accused of predatory behaviour during their lifetime. I have those feels about Bowie.
