The survivors of Jaws 4 move into Pinehurst halfway house and are brutally picked off one-by-one by a shark, seemingly Jaws returned from the dead. During the finale Jaws is killed after falling onto a tractor, but his mask falls off, revealing him to be the local sheriff, driven mad with grief.
