The heatwave in Europe is so extreme, it's 25–32°F (14–18°C) above normal. You read that right. France recorded it's hottest day ever. The UK had its hottest ever June day. The ground is exceeding 122°F (50°C). People are dying. Tell me again why we shouldn't talk about climate change???

Today my 8 year old took one of the dev screens I had laying around and used AI to make a score board for today's game. It's controlled by touch, with the cheering people getting happier the more NL won. Dev boards are now the ultimate building blocks for your imagination. Anyone can do this!

The Yoshi's Island map screen theme is remarkably similar to the song "Anywhere Is" by Irish singer Enya. Both of these were composed around 1994 and released in 1995, meaning that neither of them could have been influenced by each other and this is an astounding coincidence.

In terms of what cures are being lost: - Epstein-Barr virus is perhaps the major trigger for multiple sclerosis - herpes simplex virus causes cold sores, genital herpes, infections in babies, deadly meningitis - shingles virus causes an intensely painful disease

"Moderna's CEO announced the company will no longer invest in new Phase 3 vaccine trials for infectious diseases: 'You cannot make a return on investment if you don't have access to the U.S. market. Vaccines for Epstein-Barr virus, herpes, and shingles have been shelved.”
