I write the stories that make readers ask the important questions, like, "Is reading actually good?" and "Why isn't this site better moderated?" Formerly published as Gustav Grift. (They/Them)

The episode of TNG where they determine that Data is legally a person has me sobbing. Also, every time the douchebag monster of the week guy misgendered Data, I kept hoping Riker would clobber him.

every time i hear a baby crying i feel so much gratitude. i just think ‘dang i know buddy its hard to be alive but were gonna make it together’ then i smile because i know they are gonna learn that themselves some day too. it is a real beautiful cycle

i found it really difficult to read for pleasure after my phd (i have always enjoyed one-star thrillers & romance novels tho, much like how leading up to the diss finish line i could only watch old episodes of thundercats & stare at a wall) but im REALLY digging silvia moreno garcia's silver nitrate
