How many PPB cops supported the Jan6 "Stop the Steal" insurrection attempt? There's a process for challenging election results, PPA is poisoning the well.

They coordinated it during "Project Mt. Hood". They just thought it was going to get the hundreds of millions out without friction.
The beginning of this entire Moda Center city council meeting has been back-to-back corporate and institutional voices who were invited to speak first before the public. Seems like an embarrassing way to conduct a “democratic” process.
Kevin Foster@kevinhfoster.bsky.social · 10h agoI find it troubling that in what’s supposed to be a democratic process, we’ve “invited” the perspectives of institutions supporting using taxpayer dollars for a renovation, allowing them to frame the entire conversation from the beginning while the public has to wait their turn.
Detroit: Passed a millage which will increase bus service about 5-10% over the next 2 years. Seattle: Expanding transit with extended hours on 34 lines and three new ones, 2 run 21 hours a day, without cutting lines. Portland: We're slashing transit because Tri-Met management needs a new Mercedes.
No matter the margin the story is that Haley Stevens got $70M of support, more than $30M of it from a single organization, and still lost.
