WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal agents searched Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar's home as part of a criminal investigation, AP sources say.

There will be a lot of equivocating about all the times search warrants have been executed on members of Congress for corruption investigations and the like, and it can't be stressed enough in how many ways HSI raiding Ilhan Omar is extremely not like that.

This becomes a lot funnier/stupider when you realize that France's bond market is a mess and they're under the looming threat of a future debt crisis.

1. Trump’s new White House press secretary Katie Zacharia is a prolific user of Truth Social where she regularly promoted Pizzagate and QAnon conspiracies, accusing elites in the Democratic Party and Hollywood of running child sex rings and eating people.

Getting very annoyed at the people who are embracing their two-minute hate, seemingly 24 hours a day, by making up elaborate scenarios of Dems suddenly capitulating to Trump on winning the majority.

My default assumption for any unilateral Trump announcement like this is that Trump is lying again, because he has repeatedly done this: announced 'deals' by himself over twitter that no one involved had any idea about, and which is swiftly ignored.

When I first heard about AI being used for menus and advertisements, my concern was largely that it would be used to idealize the food and make it look better than it actually was. At no point did I imagine that restaurants would willingly put out horrific looking images of their food on purpose

if you want to modernize carrie white then she is not a pretty, misunderstood quiet girl. what she is is a "lolcow", a girl who does not fit in and is seen as a bit grotesque and is systematically provoked until she breaks, with a goal of milking her for content.

I'm confused on why they'd think this would work negate the political risks for Trump. I'm not suggesting that voters would inherently see any action by Isreal as ordered by the US, though some would, rather that it would signal continued chaos which would be blamed on Trump.
