A lot of trans advocacy focuses on mental health outcomes and risk of suicide, and much of the modern reactionary pushback against trans healthcare is based in proving that it doesn't make us any happier. The best moment is a few paragraphs later, where she lists what she doesn't like about Trump and it's his entire policy platform, and then what she doesn't like about Democrats and it's how they make her feel disrespected.

"You're making fun of queer people" I think most people are pretty sympathetic to the queer woman living out of her truck, $50k in debt, abandoned by her business partners, who thinks she is obligated to sit through 3.5 hour accountability sessions for the crime of wanting to keep the business open.
