A few weeks ago I saw some comment on a video about DMing saying "Ugh, it is NOT the DM's job to make sure the players are having fun" And, like, then what IS their job dude? That guy's games must suck lol

Do other YouTubers know they can just stop making videos talking about Harry Potter like it's a normal franchise and not a vehicle for harming trans people? It's free and easy to talk about anything else!

Happy pride, all! Haven’t publicly shared this detail because it felt…idk, tone deaf? But I actually intended my Magikarp song as a queer anthem. I know there are gayer Mons out there, but the narrative of hulking out after X amount of time being spat on just kinda fit.

I'm personally in no way demoralized seeing famous artists sell out to GenAI. I just become more determined to make my own art and tell my own stories. There's no reason to even consider abandoning what I love to do more than anything else. They're the ones missing out.

I've heard lots of good jokes about trans people...generally from and by trans people. The key thing is those jokes are based in actual knowledge about the trans experience and foibles of daily life as opposed to mean-spirited, ignorant and boring attempts to join a moral panic.

Marlon Wayans on having a trans son and Dave Chappelle as a best friend: “Dave wants to freely tell his jokes, and if you’re going to be anti-comedy, then he’s going to keep attacking you until you learn to have a sense of humor.” variety.com/2026/film/fe...

I know there's still a long way to go in regards to healing the animation industry but it is pretty cool to see an indie like this just... do it. Create an original work with unique characters and non-celebrity voice actors and get it out there and get asses in seats. Feels like a shift.

I don't recall any previous transformative technologies that had to be sold to the public so hard. No one in 1999 was going, "Guys. Cell phone? It's coming, whether we like it or not. I think it's important, FOR WOMEN ESPECIALLY, to learn about cell phone. So that we're not left behind!!"
