Moreno should be asked: Why, if he has long felt Miller is this unwell & unfit, it took Moreno being publicly shamed for his silence, to finally speak out. Had the accusations not have gone public, would he have stayed mum & let Miller be reelected to Congress, even tho he felt Miller’s a monster?
