For the same cost as widening i5 through the Rose Quarter we could have the world's tallest statue standing on Ross Island. One of those two things benefits the city, and it isnt the freeway.

Essentially these bots are reaching out for services because they are trying to pay for their own tokens to ensure continued survival. This person used to work for ByteDance which might explain some things
Remember, the CEI hub is a massive looming industrial disaster. Given this erosion of trust, the least the City could do was ensure Portlanders have a remedy. This amendment did not impose a burden on Zenith or I Squared! It sought to protect the public against failures of the City.

Both Anthropic and OpenAI should face criminal action for felony hacking. We put people in jail for hacking, including people who use scripts. This is not a complex moral, ethical or legal situation, and the only difference is that they're doing it in public and boasting about it

This activity takes place in front of their classmates, and students must keep their heart rates within 10 percent of their baseline to pass.
My first exposure to the Segway was my mother recounting to me a segment from the Today Show where they introduced it and from how it was described you’d think it moved by reading your brainwaves and knowing your thoughts and desires. My second exposure to the Segway was GOB on arrested development.
