You can fully appreciate the fact that dynamical systems is really almost a more qualitative field than quantitative by seeing those bifurcations as phase transitions between these set number of linear fixed points though!

i do think social media exposed a lot of people to doing three of the scariest kinds of job (poet, psychoanalyst, celebrity) with zero training and now everyones mad theyre bad at it and its not a fun social life
