We have to strive to continue the good work of people like Dolly and Tim; to make a world that can love and laugh. To bring smiles to others. To be better for ourselves and for those around us. To teach and be taught. To be kind and strong. To always be a little silly. And to look good doing it.

Tom Savini is a fucking legend. And he lost everything. His home. His beloved pets. His life's work - work that served as the foundation of the horror we hold most dear. There isn't the character count to list his legacy here. If you can, please consider donating. www.gofundme.com/f/support-to...

Just a fun Tuesday reminder that “AI Art” is an oxymoron, & takes about as much skill as it takes to look up random stock images 🧡 So many real artists undermine themselves, but if you’re putting in the effort, you’re already 1000x better than anyone using AI. Real art is worth doing the work. 🎨🎤📚📷

“I think we are seeing a hunger that is not just felt by New Yorkers, but frankly by Americans from coast to coast, for a new kind of politics, one that puts working people at the heart of it.” —Mayor Zohran Mamdani

i do not wish the game industry a "shorter games with worse graphics made by people who are paid more to work less." i wish the game industry a "unionize and redistribute capital equitably"

I know this is not the biggest concern going these days, but it stresses me out that basically every artist/writer/critic is now expected to create their own tiny empire instead of getting paid by any existing entity to perform a job they've worked to get good at!!!!
