EA is no longer a games publisher. They are now a holding company who will extract revenue out of their existing products, cancel and fire any future business, and go private so they can juice the books to sell to the next acquisition waves when venture capital is freed up after the AI bubble pop.
For further clarity, EA is going to be on the hook for paying 1.8 billion dollars a year in interest, whereas their current yearly profit is 1.5 .So their interest payments are 300 million more than their entire yearly profit. We're in the process of watching them tie a noose and look for a spot.
