Public comment is winding down—now over. I was struck that speakers were overwhelmingly OPPOSED to restoring ShotSpotter, including many black and brown folks (some of whom noted DSA affiliation). That said, a few prominent folks bucked that trend and encouraged giving the CPD all possible tools.
