Hmm. It's a stumper. Let's see, which countries are the ones where healthcare (a huge factor as you age) is tied to employment in a society with an unstable employment market with layoff threats always looming and where people over 50 are not so subtly pushed out the door? Is it Sweden? No?

Damn, y'all, I so miss Commander's Palace. One night, we decided to try to get in without a reservation just for dessert. I was sent in as a stalking horse 'cause I was dressed best. After ten minutes, we were seated on the patio, Dan and I and a friend, and took the plunge on a full meal. Divine.
